Willamette Landing
Salem, OR
The complex was constructed in 1991, and was built to meet the high standards of the Super Good Cents program. It is comprised of 89 units, most of which overlook the Willamette River.
Greenleaf Village Apartments
Eugene, OR
This project is comprised of 7 structures, each containing 4 apartment units. Each unit is approximately 980 square feet, and has a private balcony and storage area. This complex also has a community center, playground, and laundry facility.
