Freres Lumber
This 185,940 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) was designed to house Freres Lumber’s new Mass Plywood Panel (MPP) fabrication process. The floor was an 8” concrete slab reinforced with fiber-mesh independent of the main building structure. The foundation system was tied together with concrete beams under the slab to resist the thrusts of the PEMB structure

This is a new approximate 175,000 sq. feet structure for GK Machine to enlarge their equipment manufacturing capabilities. The construction consists of two Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings connected to create an overall “L” shaped structure. MSC Engineers, Inc. was the Prime on this project and handled all aspects of the design.

This is a new approximate 100,000 sq. feet tortilla processing plant and distribution warehouse in Salem, OR. The construction consists of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building with a combination of concrete tilt panels and metal siding with an interior two-story office space. MSC Engineers, Inc. was the Prime on this project and handled all aspects of the design.
