DOUGLAS S. MELTZER, P.E., S.E., PRINCIPAL
ENGINEER/SENIOR ENGINEER
Mr. Meltzer has been with MSC Engineers, Inc. since 1994. He combines practicality with a knowledgeable interpretation of structural codes to ensure a safe and complete design for the client. His responsibilities include structural design and project management encompassing conception, coordination, and successful completion of a wide array of municipal, commercial, and industrial projects. He is well versed in structural analysis and code interpretation, construction documents, forensic engineering, and specification writing, as well as estimating and inspection services. In 2014, Mr. Meltzer became the President of MSC Engineers, Inc. (formerly BMGP Engineers, Inc.) and works to continue the legacy built with Mr. Pease of providing superior structural consulting services to the greater Willamette Valley.
