This is a single story 28,000 sq. feet, 60 bed, wood framed skilled nursing facility. The modern design encompasses a combination of manufactured roof trusses and stick framed roof joists with a large entry tower consisting of exposed glulam beams and tongue-and-groove roof decking.

This is a 90,000 sq. feet Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility constructed of entirely of non-combustible light gage framing. The structure is broken into three distinct segments; a 27,000 sq. feet memory care facility on the main floor, an 18,000 sq. feet two story core, and a 45,000 square feet assisted living facility that is two stories and extends beyond, and over, the memory care wing. The construction consists of light gage roof trusses with load bearing light gage stud framing.

This is a single story 9,300 sq. feet multi-purpose addition to an existing Oregon Department of Veteran Affairs skilled nursing facility. It provides unique and flexible space for the occupants of the facility with a large, dividable, gathering room and an attached lounge area and café with a large indoor/outdoor fireplace. The construction consists of CMU walls with glulam roof purlins and tongue-and-groove roof decking.

This is a 96,000 sq. feet Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility constructed of conventional wood framing in southern California. The plan consisted of a single story memory care wing, three, 2-story, independent living wings, and a two story vaulted core.
