Kenneth Coblentz, P.E.

 

Mr. Coblentz has been with MSC Engineers since 2020.  Growing up, he was often at the jobsite with his father who was a general contractor building spec houses and custom homes on the East Coast. He moved to the Midwest when he married his wife and was involved in residential construction while he completed his education.  He moved to Oregon in 2020 to start working at MSC Engineers.  Due to living all across the country, Kenneth has a good understanding of regional construction variances.  His experience in residential construction techniques form a solid foundation for structural design that is both "economical and constructable", while meeting the design loads required by code.  He specializes in residential and commercial wood structures - being involved with projects that range from simple additions up to multi-story wood structures.
